Schools' Futures

stamp Can you imagine your town in 5, 10, 30 years time?
Do you have the power to change your future?
If you could, what would it look like?

In Futures, schools and community groups have been asked to think about the world around them and how it might change. The emphasis is on the local and the familiar - how your house, street and town might change - and what you would do to change it for the better.

The project spans all ages, from primary and secondary school right through to community groups who have participated. As it progresses, Futuretown And Beyond takes participants beyond their current geographic boundaries into the 'Global Town Square' - the Iwatuski project for example results from Northfleet School for Girls sharing their project with a school from Japan.

This section is set to grow, as schools can now submit and add their own information to the site.
